Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Senseforge AI Solution Pvt. Ltd. (“Senseforge AI”, “we”, “us”), Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, handles personal data on www.senseforge.in. We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and enquiry forms: name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Newsletter and email lists: your email address and, if you give it, your name and company.
• Usage data: pages viewed, referring page, browser type and IP address, collected by our own page counter and by analytics tools (see section 4).
• WhatsApp: if you message us through the WhatsApp chat button, your phone number and messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send proposals or follow-ups you asked for.
• To send newsletters or updates, only to people on our list. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the website secure, understand how it is used, and improve it.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal basis and consent

We use your data because you asked us to contact you, because you agreed to receive our emails, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our website. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use a small session cookie so forms and the admin area work. With analytics on, we also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which set their own cookies and may record anonymised page interactions such as clicks and scrolling. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

5. Who we share data with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, such as web hosting (Hostinger), email delivery (Google Workspace / Gmail or Zoho), analytics (Google, Microsoft), and fonts and video embeds (Google Fonts, YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode). They process data on our instructions or under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

6. Where data is stored and for how long

Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, and keep email-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and hashed admin passwords. No online service can be 100% secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or financial details through our forms.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe from emails. Email dave@senseforge.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
